More Information About NC Nano Coating for Plastic

Our NC Nano Coating for Plastic is an advanced protective nano coating developed for plastic and powder-coated surfaces.

Once applied, the coating creates a thin, transparent and hydrophobic protective layer that helps repel water, dirt and grease. As a result, treated surfaces stay cleaner for longer and become considerably easier to maintain.

The coating also subtly enhances the colour of the material, helping weathered or faded plastic regain a fresher, better-maintained appearance without leaving a visible coating on the surface.

Over time, this can leave surfaces looking faded, dull and weathered.

Easier Cleaning and Maintenance

In addition to improving the appearance of plastic, NC Nano Coating for Plastic creates a water- and dirt-repellent surface.

Rainwater, dirt, dust and grease have greater difficulty adhering to the treated surface, making routine cleaning considerably easier.

For the best long-term appearance, we recommend cleaning treated exterior plastic approximately every 6 months using our powerful NC Nano Plastic Cleaner.

Preparation Is Essential

For optimum performance, thoroughly clean the surface before applying the nano coating.

We recommend using NC Nano Plastic Cleaner to remove dirt, grease and other contamination.

After cleaning, allow the surface to dry completely.

The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and cleaning-product residue before the coating is applied.

Get the Best Results using the following Steps

Step 1 – Clean the Surface

Thoroughly clean the surface using NC Nano Plastic Cleaner.

Remove all dust, dirt, grease and other contamination and allow the surface to dry completely.

For optimum performance, the coating should only be applied to a clean, dry and residue-free surface.

Step 2 – Apply the Coating

Shake the bottle well before use.

Using a clean, soft cloth, sponge or microfibre applicator, apply a thin and even layer of NC Nano Coating for Plastic to the surface.

Work in manageable sections to ensure an even application.

A thin layer is sufficient – avoid applying excessive amounts of product.

Step 3 – Allow to React and Buff

Allow the coating to react with the surface for approximately 1 minute.

Then remove any excess product and buff the surface using a clean microfibre cloth until the finish is even and free from visible residue.

The surface should have a uniform, well-maintained appearance without streaks or excess coating.

Step 4 – Allow the Coating to Cure

Allow the coating to cure thoroughly after application.

Keep the treated surface dry during the curing period and avoid exposing it to rain, water or cleaning products until the coating has fully cured.

Maintaining the Treated Surface

To keep exterior plastic looking its best, we recommend cleaning the surface approximately every 6 months using NC Nano Plastic Cleaner.

Regular cleaning helps remove accumulated environmental contamination while maintaining the appearance of the treated surface.
