Warranty and Complaints
Warranty and your statutory rights
We take great care to ensure that your products arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order is damaged during delivery or there is a problem with the product itself, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can help.
All products purchased from Nanocoating.co.uk are covered by your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for their intended purpose
- As described
In simple terms, a cleaner should clean and a coating should provide the protection it is designed and advertised to provide.
If a product is faulty or does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and when the problem is reported.
These statutory rights are not affected by any additional warranty or guarantee that we may offer.
